Scott drives operations forward, overseeing the growth of Customer Operations, Client Services, Support Operations, and our Global Resource teams through education, training and performance reviews. He earned his bachelor’s degree at Bowling Green State University and spent 17 years in the hospitality industry, where he gained a mastery of the type of time-sensitive and demanding work that he now oversees at EASE in the logistics industry. Scott lives in Delaware with his wife and three daughters.
