With Consistent Revenue Growth, This Marks EASE’s’ 8th Time on the List
NEW YORK, August 12, 2025 – Inc., the leading media brand for entrepreneurs and business leaders, today announced that EASE Logistics has ranked No. 4865 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, an annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.
This year marks EASE’s eighth consecutive appearance on the list, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of honorees and a testament to our relentless drive for growth, innovation, and delivering value at every step of the logistics journey.
The Inc. 5000 celebrates companies that are not only thriving but transforming their industries. At EASE, that means redefining logistics through a human-driven, tech-enabled approach, offering 24/7/365 support, real-time visibility tools, and solutions built for both everyday and extraordinary supply chain challenges.
“Earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 for eight years in a row is more than a milestone, it’s proof that people-powered innovation works,” said Peter Coratola Jr., President and CEO of EASE Logistics. “In an industry defined by disruption, our team continues to deliver stability, innovation, and unwavering service to our customers. I couldn’t be prouder.”
This recognition is no small feat. In recent years, businesses have faced extraordinary headwinds, from economic uncertainty to market volatility and rapid technological change. But the unifying thread among this year’s Inc. 5000 honorees is clear: resilience.
Earning a place on this year’s list is a true testament to the hard work, vision, and dedication of the EASE team and its trusted partners.
Among the top 500 companies ranked, the median three-year revenue growth rate hit an impressive 1,552%. Together, these companies have created more than 48,000 jobs for the U.S. economy over the past three years.

“Making the Inc. 5000 is always a remarkable achievement, but earning a spot this year speaks volumes about a company’s tenacity and clarity of vision,” says Mike Hofman, editor-in-chief of Inc. “These businesses have thrived amid rising costs, shifting global dynamics, and constant
change. They didn’t just weather the storm — they grew through it, and their stories are a powerful reminder that the entrepreneurial spirit is the engine of the U.S. economy.”
Inc. will celebrate the honorees at the 2025 Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 22–24 in Phoenix, and the top 500 will be listed in the Fall issue of Inc. Magazine.

Methodology
Companies on the 2025 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2021 to 2024. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2021. They must be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2024. (Since then, some on the list may have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2021 is $100,000; the minimum for 2024 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
