Peter Coratola

President & CEO

Peter’s lifelong, zealous passion for entrepreneurship led him to capitalize on an opportunity in 2014 which established EASE Logistics Services. Under Peter’s leadership, the company has grown rapidly and continues to expand at a dramatic pace. Peter’s extensive professional background spans the client and provider sides of logistics; he utilizes this deep subject matter expertise to provide a high level of customer service to carriers, brokerages, and shippers. Prior to founding EASE, Peter was a manager of national accounts at a Fortune 500 brokerage for two years. He now handles critical shipments and single-sourced relationships for several Fortune 500 companies. Peter holds a BSBA degree in criminology and supply chain management from The Ohio State University. Peter lives in Dublin, Ohio with his wife, Elizabeth, and his sons Peter and Benjamin.

Keith Ward


Keith designs and implements business plans and procedures for the company, develops opportunities for future growth, and ensures efficiencies across all departments at EASE. While attending college at Bellarmine University (where he ultimately earned a double major in business and economics), he worked for General Electric in the international supply chain department where he developed a love for logistics. Since then, Keith has accrued over fifteen years of experience in the field as an account manager for Pacer Global Logistics and a manager for the expedite and new model teams at Ceva Logistics on-site at Honda. Keith has been with EASE for more than two years.

Justin Young


Justin leads the accounting and finance functions of EASE to optimize the overall financial performance of the company. He assists in developing company-wide initiatives for new procedures and service offerings, oversees risk exposure to help guide decision making processes, and develops and maintains data analytics and business intelligence initiatives. A graduate of Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Justin has been with EASE for more than three years and is no stranger to Columbus Business First’s Fast 50 list. He lives in Columbus, Ohio and loves to travel and be outdoors with his wife Julia and their dog Odie.

Nick Gamrath

Director of Client Services

Nick manages a team that ensures that all loads are built and scheduled accurately and efficiently. With EASE since its earliest days, Nick helped to create the client services department in order to provide round-the-clock customer service and provide visibility on all shipments. A graduate of Ohio University, Nick earned a BS in Aviation Flight and went on to obtain a private pilot’s license and teach as a certified flight instructor. He plans to maintain this hobby well into old age. Nick has been with EASE for more than five years.

Scott McDowell

Director of Carrier Development

Scott is responsible for the training and onboarding of all new hires. He oversees the growth of our territory managers, logistic coordinators, carrier services, and procurement teams through support, compliance development, education, and performance reviews. His early career in the restaurant industry gave Scott a firm foundation in time-sensitive and demanding work that he carried into the logistics field. A graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies, Scott has been with EASE for three years. He lives in Delaware with his wife and two daughters, Lily and Zoe.


Director of Business Development

Brett manages a team focused on conducting RFPs, sourcing government contracts, prospecting new clients, and growing existing partnerships. A seasoned relationship and account manager with a track record of building successful partnerships and focusing on growth initiatives, Brett has more than 17 years experience leading teams, building partnerships and growing relationships. He is an avid cyclist and involved in Pelotonia. A graduate of Wingate University in North Carolina, Brett was a member of the lacrosse team that participated in the 2001 NCAA Final Four. He has been with EASE for less than a year. Brett lives in Dublin with his wife Ashley and two daughters.


Director of IT

Scott develops and leads the IT vertical, identifying, developing, and implementing IT solutions to increase company efficiencies and reduce costs for the company. He maintains existing IT systems and solutions and oversees day-to-day IT functions. In collaboration with the EASE logistics leadership, Scott helped develop the mission and vision to deliver results that drive the company onward. A graduate of The Ohio State University, Scott brings nearly 30 years of logistics and supply chain management and information technology experience to EASE, where he has been for more than a year. 

Konrad Warzycha

Director of Operations

Konrad works with executive management to develop, implement, and track KPIs for all account management employees. He mentors account managers by working with them to deepen their knowledge of industry standards, including how to rate customers and grow their customer base. Regular coordination with client services, regional territory managers, and sales managers is how he helps the company maintain a high level of customer service. A first-generation immigrant from Poland and a graduate of The Ohio State University, Konrad has been with EASE for five years.

Ashley Duning

Human Resources Generalist

Ashley is an experienced human resources and recruiting professional who manages all aspects of the HR department for EASE, including administration, legal compliance, policy/procedure enforcement, benefits, compensation, hiring, retention, and termination. Ashley provides HR leadership to operational leaders and employees and works hard to establish a culture of positive employee relations where all managers and employees are engaged in the success of the business. A graduate of Ohio Dominican University, Ashley is SHRM certified professional and has been with EASE for three years. She lives in Hilliard with her husband Tim, two sons, and two German shepherds.

Danny Caudill

General Counsel

Danny is responsible for all of the company's legal issues, which includes drafting and reviewing contracts, developing employment policies, and overseeing litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio, California, and New York. Danny is one of the company's first employees and has been with the company since its inception. A military and law enforcement veteran, Danny attended The Ohio State University and Otterbein University. He obtained his law degree from Capital University Law School. Danny lives in Dublin, Ohio and has two children, Caitlin and Zachary, who are also both Buckeyes and military veterans.
