Leah Kracht is responsible for EASE’s 2nd, 3rd, and weekend operations shifts. She worked at Amazon in the distribution sector before beginning her career with EASE in May 2021 as an operations manager.
With her stand-out leadership and managerial skills, Leah quickly moved to the director-level position, overseeing some of EASE’s most essential coverage times. Leah’s supervision helps maintain EASE’s unparalleled customer service, 24/7/365, as she oversees night and weekend operations.
Leah is a proud Ohio State alumnus. She received her bachelor’s degree in operations management from The Ohio State University and still avidly follows its football team. In her spare time, Leah enjoys traveling and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, Tucker and Griffin.
