Columbus Business First Names EASE as Corporate Citizenship Award Honoree, Ranking 4th in Large Company Category, 32nd overall in Columbus
EASE Logistics (Dublin, Ohio) has been honored by Columbus Business First with the Corporate Citizenship Award, ranking #4 in the Large Company category, and #32 in Columbus. To earn this esteemed designation on ‘The List,’ EASE gave $500,000 in cash contributions to Central Ohio organizations including One Dublin, Mid-Ohio Food Collective, LifeCare Alliance, and Dublin City Schools.
Since its founding in 2014, EASE has prioritized giving back. Four pillars aligned with EASE values guide the company’s giving: those benefitting military and/or veterans, first responders, youth and education, and individuals experiencing food insecurity. EASE understands that the value of philanthropy goes well beyond making a donation or putting in volunteer hours. It means making meaningful connections outside of the realm of business-as-usual that often resonates in unexpected ways.
EASE is proud to apply innovation and sustainability to our philanthropy, going the extra mile to eliminate waste and provide resources to those in need. Last holiday season, EASE collaborated with its primary Marysville warehouse tenant, Juratoys, to deliver a massive toy donation effort over several weeks through December 2022. In total, EASE delivered 1626 high-quality books, wooden toys, and educational games to six additional charities in EASE’s home region of Central Ohio.
At nomination time (March 2023), EASE had 220 employees, growing to current staff size of 300 in June of 2023. As EASE continues to grow, so do the company’s community contributions. EASE is proud to give back in its commitment to Central Ohio and the surrounding areas. View the full list of 2023 Corporate Citizenship Award Honorees here.
