Since 2018, EASE Logistics President and CEO Peter Coratola Jr. has been a Columbus Smart 50 Award honoree. In 2022, Coratola was recognized for the stand-out impact he makes in the industry, his company, and the community.

[Dublin, Ohio, July 21] Peter Coratola, Jr., president and CEO of EASE Logistics has received a special Smart 50 Impact Award from the Smart Business Network for making a difference in the logistics industry, within his company, and in the community. This is the fifth consecutive year that Coratola has been a Columbus Smart 50 Award honoree. The Columbus Smart 50 awards recognize the top executives in the Central Ohio region for their ability to build and lead successful organizations.  

“I accept [this award] on behalf of the brilliant, smart people that give me the confidence to do what I do at EASE Logistics on a daily basis and there’s no doubt together that we’re making an impact,” said Coratola. 

Last night, Coratola and 49 other honorees were celebrated at a special for their collective innovation, impact, and sustainability achievements. Coratola was one of three total honorees to receive specialty awards. These recipients were selected by a peer-review panel for standing out in areas of:

  • Impact: Peter Coratola, Jr., President and CEO, EASE Logistics
  • Sustainability:  Crystal Hughey, CEO and Owner, Corporate Cleaning Inc.
  • Innovation: Frederic Bertley, President and CEO, COSI
