Erica leads IT Operations, Tech Products, Analytics & Automation, and Integrations & Engineering at EASE. She brings cross-functional teams together under a unified technology vision centered on driving measurable business outcomes, improving how teams work, and empowering human-led, tech-enabled teams. Since joining EASE in June 2023, she has quickly advanced, playing a key role in shaping the company’s technology strategy through thoughtful, well-timed adoption that enhances the customer experience and empowers teams to perform at their best. A core part of Erica’s work is leading AI evaluation and implementation across the organization, ensuring technology serves as a force multiplier for people, not a replacement. She focuses on identifying practical use cases where AI and automation remove friction, improve decision-making, and help teams stay aligned with strategic priorities. Her approach ensure technology investments are purposeful and outcome-driven, enabling teams to work more collaboratively and deliver exception, reliable customer service.
Erica holds a B.S. in Logistics from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of Dayton. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, their three children, and two dogs.
