Job Objective

Your role in Marketing is critical to upholding the consistency of our visual brand standard. You are an imperative function of the marketing department responsible for creating, developing, maintaining and managing the EASE brand identity, look and feel. Responsible for supporting the marketing team in the process of designing materials across several mediums for internal company branding and external marketing tactics the designer will be expected to work in a variety of media while still maintaining the look and feel of our unique brand.


Summary

Responsible for the visual identity and consistency of the EASE brand. Creates and develops all internal and external print and digital brand materials from concept to completion and owns and maintains the brand guide and all things art and creative. Brings new, innovative, and creative fresh design ideas and strategies to the table to further evolve and develop the brand’s identity and position in the marketplace.

Essential Duties

Operational and Day to Day:

  • Responsible for the visual style, representation and consistency of the brand
  • See projects throughout the entire design process from creative conception to production
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to produce compelling digital solutions that support design on all owned and earned channels (Advertising, Marketing, social media, Website Assets).
  • Interprets marketing briefs, outlines, and concepts to create professionally designed branded assets, resources, presentations 
  • Designs, formats, produces key print and digital marketing materials and assets for all marketing channels consistent with brand guidelines. 
  • Creates, maintains, updates, and manages all relevant internal (employee-facing) and external (customer and prospect-facing) print and digital marketing assets such as all sales sheets, one-pagers, pitch decks, digital ads, infographics, social media creative, etc. 
  • Develop ideas and strategies that show insight and innovation; willing to "roll up your sleeves" and offer new solutions. 
  • Take on tasks that drive successful campaigns and deliver planned marketing outcomes.
  • Experience designing for a wide variety of digital and non-digital placements including identity, landing pages, UI and UX, social media, pitch presentations, advertisements, sales collateral and more; Develop high-performing landing pages, and other website content that delivers strong results
  • Must be able to communicate design rationale effectively and pitch creative assets to internal stakeholders
  • Manage photography throughout all digital and non-digital assets; be able to select imagery that aligns with targeted audience and generates impact
  • Be willing to create, update and maintain all designed marketing materials and assets
  • Assist in photo retouching, color-correcting, and compositing
  • Comfortably switch context between multiple projects, including last-minute drills.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Be an enthusiastic visionary with a positive and proactive attitude

Qualifications

  • B.A. in marketing, art/design, visual communications, advertising, or related field 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in professional graphic design and brand development 
  • Experienced working in all creative tools such as Adobe Suite, Adobe Creative/Cloud Suite (or equivalent) Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and any other relevant creative/graphic tools and platforms. 
  • Solid understanding of design layout practices and advertising standards
  • Ability to be a team-player and collaborate effectively with various members of the organization.
  • Highly meticulous, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and innovative.
  • Hands-on team player, willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Portfolio and resume required when applying
  • B2B Professional Services Experience Preferred but not required 
  • Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Knowledge a plus, but not required
